Summary: The property was exactly like the pictures and description.Cooking essentials(pots and pans) were a little sparce but we easily made due with what was availabile. I feel this was just because the home is fairly new.

Summary: We enjoyed our short stay in Marshall. The house was new and clean, with plenty of space for a larger group than ours. Because it's new, everything worked perfectly, great water pressure, etc. The king size bed was very comfortable. However, if a group of 8 did use the house, they would struggle to be comfortable in the living room area with only two couches. We also noticed the lack of chairs at the kitchen counter. We only had one wash cloth when we checked in, but the host was immediately responsive to our message and had additional hand towels delivered before we got back from dinner. Sadly, there were no wash cloths in the delivery! We made due. We didn't spend much time during the day at the house, so the fact that there was someone working with loud aerating equipment in the yard nearly all day wasn't a problem for us. We also didn't do any cooking other than basic breakfast toast and coffee, but if we had a large group and wanted to prepare a meal for 6-8 people, we would have needed more pots and pans than were provided. Everything in the kitchen was very basic. Again, we enjoyed our stay -- the house is as pictured, but I would not call this "luxury" (as in the description) by any means.

Summary: Plenty of space. Clean and comfortable. Could have used dresser drawers in the bedrooms and a few more pots and pans and wine glasses. All in all definitely happy with the stay.

Summary: We had 8 adults who were making the trip to the Firekeepers casino and this place was a great short trip to it! Only about 10-15 minutes away. Very clean and easy to check in. All bedrooms are upstairs so if stairs are an issue this would not be a house to stay in but overall great! Would definitely book here again!

Summary: A nice newer construction home. A lot of space. Very positive stay and experience with booking. If I had to pick something to improve on, it would be the toilet paper quality. Otherwise, everything was great!

Summary: My wife, parents and I were traveling from Canada to USA on a family trip. Passing through Michigan and needed a place to stay for the night. Mohammad's listing was perfect for us. We wanted a clean, modern place with full appliances and air conditioning to stay that would give us flexibility. Mohammads place is fully renovated, brand new with clean immaculate floors, carpets, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. There is literally no dust on the furniture nor base boards. Each bedroom is fully furnished with clean bed, linens, sheets and extra pillows. Each room has a luggage stand and in the main hallway there are extra towels, clean and white as pure snow. The bathrooms are equiped with body wash and soap of luxurious quality. Air conditioning was a must because of the heatwave. Id recommend to have it on before client arriaval. None the less after turning it on, house cooled down fast. Wifi was fast and easy to access. Kitchen has basic furnishings, with time more items could be added. We brought take out so we did not require any of the appliances or cuttlery. However if we were to stay a few days, we would have required pots, pans, plates etc. Kitchen is furnished with basic items, we would have been okay. Mohammads communication is excellent, and easy to talk to. We needed an accommodation for my father and Mohammad got it ready for us. Day of travel, he provided instructions on how to enter and what to do in the home. All in all 5 star experience.
